Dynamic Calculations
Using Kirix ProfitPoint's dynamic calculated fields, you can instantly create calculated fields across millions of records without having to query or modify the underlying data, allowing you to reformat data, extract embedded values, create extended totals, find out the number of days between two dates, or define more sophisticated analysis logic.
To create a dynamic field, simply enter a formula in the dynamic field expression builder (A), and the corresponding field in the data view (B) will immediately update to reflect changes in your formula, allowing you to see the results of your calculation as you type.
